Art 1- LENGTH OF STAY: The signatory of this contract concluded for a fixed period shall in no circumstances invoke any right to maintain occupancy.

Penality of 50 euros can be asking if customer don’t inform the owner of late check in.
Art 2 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT: Deposit of 30 % for stay of 7 days.
Art 3- CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT: All cancellations must be notified by email.
a / Cancellation before arrival: if cancellation occurs more than 20 days before arrival, the cancellation is without costs.
If cancellation occurs less than 20 days before arrival, the deposit remains with the owner reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation.
b / If the client does not manifest 20 hours before the scheduled day of arrival, this contract becomes void and the landlord may dispose of its rooms. The deposit remains acquired the owner reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation.
c / In case of shortened stay, the price reflects the cost of accommodation is fully vested to the owner
Art 4- ARRIVAL: Check in 16H 19H. If check in is late, costumer must inform owner by mail firstname.lastname@example.org, call or sms 06 18 70 32 72.
Art 5. PAYMENT OF BALANCE: The balance is due the day of arrival at the owner by cash. NO PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD.
Art 6- TAX: The tourist tax ( 0,80 euros per adult and per night) is a local tax that the customer must pay the owner who then provided to the public treasury.
Art 7- USE OF PLACES: The client must respect the peaceful character of the place and make use complies to their destination. It undertakes to make the rooms in good condition.
Art 8- CAPACITY: The present contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse the additional customers, so that in case of departure of a number of customers higher than those refused, no refund can be considered.
Art 9- ANIMALS: No pet. In case of non compliance with this clause by the customer, the owner reserves the right to refuse animals.
This refusal may in no circumstances be considered a modification or termination of the contract with the owner of the initiative, so that in case of guest’s departure, no refund can be considered.
